Trailer chassis assembly guide
Step 1.sanding off print lines from all parts.

Glue the left chassis section to the front crossmember.
For best results, work on a flat surface and use a square to ensure the joint is perfectly 90 degrees.
Step 2.Adding the Right Chassis Section

Before gluing the right chassis section in place, prepare a tube measuring 0.08 in × 2.05 in (2 mm × 52 mm).
Insert this tube into the holes where the first cylinder will be mounted.
These holes also help ensure that the chassis is glued perfectly straight during assembly
(Tip: placing the rear crossmember loosely between the chassis rails at this stage makes it even easier to keep everything aligned.)
Step 3.Attaching the Rear Crossmember.

Glue the rear crossmember in place, making sure it is parallel to the alignment tube (the one used for the cylinder mounting).
Step 4. Crossbrace and leafspring mounts.

Position the plastic crossbrace between the chassis trailer frame sections and glue it firmly in place.
Then, glue the printed reinforcement plate to the underside of the frame.
Glue the two front suspension mounts for the leaf spring suspension in place.
That’s it for the standard chassis
now it’s time to get creative and start customizing your build
